Gmail for your business

Email shouldn’t be a hassle. You want your email to look professional (including a “yourname@yourcompany.com”), you want to be able to read it where-ever you are and you want to manage email addresses for your company yourself and you want an organized inbox. Sounds demanding? Not a problem for Google Apps.

Google Apps is Gmail for businesses. It looks professional and it integrates into your domain seamlessly. Google Apps is more than that, though. It has a calendar, a word processor and spreadsheet creator all in one, not to mention the .pdf-reader.

With Google apps, you can give all the people in your business their own email address, share documents and calendars (schedule meetings). You can use instant messaging through Google talk (you can turn this on and off). You can even create quick (intranet) sites for  your company event or collaboration.

The point is, that everything revolves around Google Mail, which I think is perfect for most of our clients.
It’s also more stable than our current webmail system. That’s why I’m offering all our existing clients the opportunity to switch to Google apps for free. New clients will have this option by default.

Not convinced yet? Have a look at these videos to see what I’m talking about.

Contact me to make the switch.
